Parcel shipping

Packages are generally shipped in maximum 48 hours of receipt of payment in France. The method of delivery is standard monitoring SoColissimo unsigned. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will pay postage for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Returns

In case of failure of a product in a return guarantee you may be required.
If this is the case you will need to get a return number in the vicinity of our technical department.

Note that the costs will be borne by the customer more than three months after delivery of the order.

Before returning the package, please follow some guidelines for the safe return of it:

1. Choose a package suited to the size of your parts.

Right of withdrawal


The customer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of products, namely: 
in the absence of the original; 
in the absence of product components (accessories, cables, manuals, etc.); 

The withdrawal right is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to his profession, trade or business), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to professional activity. 

The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. 

Procedures and time for exercising the right of withdrawal 

The Customer shall have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw. 

The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within that period the customer must communicate to 'SARL WHITE CREW the will to terminate the contract by sending an email to Customer Support at contact@whitecrew.fr. 

Within three (3) working days from receipt of notice of withdrawal, SARL WHITE CREW send to the customer by email at indicator in the order or request for withdrawal, the Return Authorization Number (RMA) that will identify the practice. 

Within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Return Authorization Number (NAR), the customer will, at its own expense, to ship the product carefully packed, the packaging indicating the Return Authorization Number (RMA) assigned by SARL WHITE CREW, to the following address:

In the email communications of the NAR it will be labeled with the address where to ship the products. 

The deadline shall be deemed met if the customer provides for the delivery of the product before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days. 

How and when should reimburse the customer the cost of the product and shipping costs 

SARL WHITE CREW will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from any Choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by SARL WHITE CREW); in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 

SARL WHITE CREW may withhold the reimbursement until he has ricevuto the entire product or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first. 

For purchases made SARL WHITE CREW will refund via the same means of payment used by the customer.
